DISCOVERY PHASE
During the discovery phase, our team would access the environment, physically and virtually to discover all the necessary hardware and software within the environment. We will also arrange meetings with the operational stakeholders to develop the activity matrix of your IT environment. Part of the discovery phase will also include any gaps identified within the IT environment, like outdated or incorrect Operating Software, faulty hardware or replacements required.
PLANNING PHASE
In the planning phase, we work out the project plan and dates on when the changes will be implemented. Our planning takes into consideration the operational impact on your environment and implement any of the fixes as identified by the gap analysis within the discovery phase
INTEGRATION PHASE
During the final integration phase, we ensure that the plan is implemented in the migration of your services. We ensure that your staff are informed and training on any of the connection changes that will be in effect for your users to work efficiently and reduce any operational downtime.
